Ease of handling and safekeeping
Original packing ensures Methionine safety during its transportation, storage and application. Marking and perforation secure safety against falsification.
Methionine feed grade may be packed in:
- 3-plies valve bags of 25 kg which contain 2 plies of paper and 1 ply of polyethylene placing between paper plies;
- disposable big bags of type FIBC tunnel lift (safety factor 5:1) of 800 kg net in each.
As a rule, the product in bags are supplied on pallets of 1 ton that increases transportation safety and facilitates and reduces considerably loading and discharge time.
New palletizer KBQ 1250 of BEUMER manufacture for methionine feed grade packing was installed in June of 2009 at JSC “Volzhsky Orgsynthese”. Application of new packing line allows to improve product safety during its transportation and discharge, storage and esthetical attraction of finish products.
Delivery options
Product in bags may be supplied to the customer as well as received by the customer at our plant. Methionine shipment to the customer may be arranged by trucks and by railway.
Methionine batches of 1,5-10 tons may be shipped in railway containers, 10-20 tons may be transported by trucks. Other modes of the product delivery to the customer are possible.
